I would like to volunteer to assist with the following activities during Open Studio Weekend:
set-up and serving of food and refreshments at Opening night reception
clean up after opening night reception
clean up after opening Open Studio Weekend
Gallery host at ArtSpace during the group show.  (Sign up for your shift at the October 28th art drop-off.) 
Other:

All Open Studio artists may submit one piece that interprets “Word Play ” to the Opening Reception & Group Show!

I wish to participate in the November 2, Group Show, Themed: “Word Play ”

  1. Artists are responsible for providing insurance against theft or damage of artwork. (ArtSpace Hartford Gallery and Artists in Real Time assume no responsibility for the value of any artwork if it is damaged or stolen.)
  2. Artists are responsible for providing the title, value, sales price and media for the work submitted for the group show.
  3. Artists are responsible for delivering artwork on Sunday, October 28th from 4 to 8 pm.
  4. Group show will be open weekdays during the month of November when gallery volunteers are present. 
  5. Artists in Real Time will receive a 20% commission on the sale of my one piece of artwork in the group show, if sold.
  6. Artists must collect their artwork following the exhibition if it is not sold on Wednesday, November 28th 4 to 8 pm. 
I will email an image of my artwork to chi@chicreativeconsulting.com .

After November 28th, artists will be charged a fee of $5 per day payable to Artists in Real Time upon removal of the artwork. 

PLEASE NOTE: Packets for registered artists will be mailed after September 21.  Save the date of Wednesday evening, September 26 to obtain event promotional materials.  Artists in Real Time reserves the right to approve or disapprove the participation of any individuals, organizations and locations in Open Studio Weekend.
